       Eat a balanced diet of healthy food

       Exercise every day

       Get enough sleep (that means no midnight parties)

       Remember to eat a healthy breakfast

       To avoid getting sick wash your hands before eating (remember to use soap)

       Have healthy snacks each day

       Do different exercise classes (e.g., swimming, skating, dancing)

       Do not put your fingers, hands or toes in your mouth

       Donít eat stuff off the floor
