By Dr. Strokes, Dragon Doctor · Eat a balanced diet of healthy food · Exercise every day · Get enough sleep (that means no midnight parties) · Remember to eat a healthy breakfast · To avoid getting sick wash your hands before eating (remember to use soap) · Have healthy snacks each day · Do different exercise classes (e.g., swimming, skating, dancing) · Do not put your fingers, hands or toes in your mouth · Don’t eat stuff off the floor Be Healthy! |
